Next generation RISING (video)
For 21-year old Olais Lukumay, agriculture is a well-paying and fulltime job. Born in Bermi Village, Babati District in northern Tanzania; Lukumay’s interest to carve out a successful farming enterprise has seen him opt to engage in farming despite being a holder of a diploma in accounting.
In this short video, he shares why he opted not to seek formal employment unlike most of his age mates. This is the story of youth engagement and technology transfer from one generation to the next within the Africa RISING project.
